How to apply matte lipstick
Step 1: Exfoliate lips with a lip scrub or skin brush.
Step 2: Apply lip primer or foundation to lips as a base.
Step 3: Line and fill lips with a matching lip liner.
Step 4: Apply matte lipstick.
Step 5: Fix any mishaps with a Qtip. For a clean and precise application, use a concealer brush with concealer to fix any mistakes.
